Description

  • Support execution of primary data collection research studies from planning through dissemination.
  • Develop data collection instruments such as surveys and interview discussion guides.
  • Conduct literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation across mixed-methods studies.
  • Contribute to the creation of study protocols, project deliverables, and client-ready presentation materials.
  • Assist with project coordination and help maintain timelines for assigned tasks.
  • Support client engagement by preparing update slides, meeting notes, action items, and next steps.
  • Contribute to proposal and presentation development, including background sections, task descriptions, timelines, and references.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across multiple therapeutic areas and research approaches.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative data synthesis, visualization, and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in health services research or a related discipline such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
  • 1-2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research completed during undergraduate or graduate programs.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
  • Experience using data analysis platforms or programs such as Dedoose, NVivo, R, SAS, or Stata.
  • Experience supporting literature reviews, scientific writing, data synthesis, interpretation, and deliverable creation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous consulting or internship experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with health economics and outcomes research, the pharmaceutical industry, and medical affairs is preferred.
