Description

  • Develop paid media plans with audience targeting, ad products, creative formats, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with creative, account, strategy, influencer, and project management teams to create integrated brand and creator-led campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, billing reconciliation, and accurate financial tracking.
  • Design A/B tests and other optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Create campaign reports with performance analysis, learnings, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Own day-to-day client communication for paid media workstreams, including status updates, reporting walkthroughs, and performance recommendations.
  • Oversee paid media interns and junior staff, including training and guidance on ad platforms and reporting.
  • Support new business efforts with paid media recommendations, budget modeling, and pitch participation.
  • Extend the paid media offering into additional channels such as programmatic, search, and podcasts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on paid media buying experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube ad platforms.
  • Experience supporting influencer paid campaigns, including whitelisting, branded content ads, and Spark ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail and QA rigor.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets across multiple platforms with strong pacing and budget reconciliation.
  • Working knowledge of campaign setup, including audience creation, pixel implementation, UTM structure, and basic conversion tracking.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with account, creative, strategy, influencer, and project management teams.
  • Confidence in client-facing settings, including written reporting and live presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills using platform dashboards, GA4, and reporting tools to turn data into recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Curiosity and proactivity in staying current on platform updates, new ad products, and emerging trends.
  • Preferred: experience helping manage or mentor intern and junior team members.
