Description

  • Set and evolve the vision for paid media with a focus on presale strategy and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of media strategies and narratives for creator-led campaigns.
  • Serve as the senior media voice in client presentations, pitches, and internal planning sessions.
  • Identify new paid media offerings tailored to the creator economy.
  • Partner with Product to drive automation, tooling, AI solutions, and operational efficiency.
  • Own senior relationships with key platform partners including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and StackAdapt.
  • Oversee external agency partners to ensure quality, performance, and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Client Success, Measurement, and Product to deliver strong client outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing media team, including performance management, goal setting, resourcing, and workflow optimization.
  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms and provide strategic input and hands-on support for live campaigns.
  • Lead media pricing and packaging strategy to support scalability and strong margins.
  • Own the media department budget, including team spend, external partner spend, forecasting, and cash flow.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or creator marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Direct, hands-on experience across major paid social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of media strategy, optimization, and performance drivers.
  • Experience managing large media budgets and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales or Strategy teams is preferred.
  • Experience at a tech or high-growth company is preferred.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus or commission, stock options, and perks and benefits depending on role and location.
