Description

  • Develop software features, resolve defects, and implement enhancement requests with support from senior engineers.
  • Participate in Agile delivery by raising concerns, identifying blockers, applying best practices, and mentoring other developers.
  • Build capabilities across at least two areas: user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, or database, cloud, and server administration.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning to refine requirements and document technical approaches.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are understood, track daily progress, reduce QA rework, and deliver assigned stories.
  • Delegate technical work, anticipate delivery risks, prevent technical debt, and improve team efficiency and velocity.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, team allocation, and delivery status with delivery leads and clients.
  • Translate technical information for clients and connect development work to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: interactive user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, or database, cloud, and server administration.
  • Experience with React, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience building .NET applications.
  • Expertise with C# server-side applications, secure RESTful APIs, and SQL Server databases.
  • Understanding of full-stack application architecture and front-end/back-end integration.
  • Experience applying DevOps practices and software development best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with clients during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an intensive technical program.
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment with Praxent’s values and a proactive, outcome-oriented mindset.
