Description

  • Execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with brand objectives to maximize partnerships and revenue.
  • Manage daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and related messaging systems.
  • Oversee affiliate onboarding and engagement through messaging systems and Discord communities.
  • Set up and continuously optimize social shops across platforms such as TikTok and Meta to improve conversions and revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including GMV, response rate, program growth, and profitability.
  • Develop affiliate commission strategies, forecasts, and client goals using historical performance data.
  • Maintain regular client communication by sharing performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, and apply new tactics to improve results.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve business processes and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem.
  • Support influencer and social commerce initiatives with a focus on performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience staying current with social platform trends, algorithm changes, and updates, with examples of applying that knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and its commerce suite.
  • Experience using an affiliate management system.
  • Experience with social ambassador or sub-affiliate programs; Impact experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven influencer campaigns focused on conversions, CTR, and ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage social media strategies autonomously.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. in a 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work style.
