Description

  • Create and execute custom organic search strategies aligned to client KPIs across on-page, technical, off-page, and content SEO.
  • Explain SEO performance, strategy, and next steps clearly to clients ranging from C-level stakeholders to SEO specialists.
  • Adjust strategies based on account performance and identify opportunities across transactional pages, lead generation pages, and content.
  • Build short-term and long-term roadmaps, forecasts, blueprints, and schedules to achieve client goals.
  • Use SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog to monitor and report performance.
  • Manage high-complexity client accounts and proactively solve channel-related challenges.
  • Build trust with clients through strong communication, expectation setting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor, coach, and train junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Identify content gaps and propose new content strategies that support priority business and SEO goals.
  • Collaborate across channels to find opportunities that improve performance and support full-funnel outcomes.
  • Complete internal processes and deliverables accurately and on time, with strong quality assurance.
  • Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and team workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
  • Advanced understanding of organic search, including on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content.
  • Advanced experience with SEO reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply to different audiences.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for roadmapping, planning, delegation, and review.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve client and internal challenges.
  • Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to teammates; experience training others is a plus.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience aligning SEO and content efforts with priority business goals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with keeping up with changing SERP landscapes and industry best practices is preferred.
