Description

  • Create and execute custom organic search strategies aligned with client KPIs using on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content tactics.
  • Explain SEO performance and strategy to clients ranging from executives to non-marketing stakeholders and secure buy-in for implementation.
  • Monitor account performance and pivot strategies using transactional pages, lead-generation pages, and article content as needed.
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and organic search best practices.
  • Use analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog to assess performance.
  • Build short-term and long-term roadmaps, forecasts, blueprints, and schedules to support client goals.
  • Handle complex client challenges, manage high-workflow accounts, and proactively identify solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, lead trainings, and contribute to team development.
  • Identify content gaps, propose new content strategies, and collaborate across channels to improve performance.
  • Complete internal processes accurately and on time, including QA, workflow systems, and deliverable launches.
  • Employ AI technologies and use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and SEO work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
  • Advanced understanding of on-page, technical, off-page, and SEO content strategy.
  • Advanced experience with SEO analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to align SEO and content efforts with business priorities and client goals.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for planning, delegating, reviewing, and delivering work.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented problem solver with a team-player mentality.
  • Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to teammates; experience training others is a plus.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • Experience keeping up with changing SERP landscapes and industry best practices is preferred.
