Description

  • Manage designated paid media accounts end to end, including pacing, performance, and KPI delivery.
  • Own Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, and testing with clear team direction.
  • Partner with Account Managers, the Media Supervisor, and the Associate Media Director on client goals, priorities, and media planning.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
  • Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate performance recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accounts through optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
  • Design and adjust campaign strategies to align with client business goals and internal objectives.
  • Plan, design, deploy, and evaluate monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop new assets, messaging, and design concepts that improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand media coverage, increase billing, and improve full-funnel structures.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search.
  • Experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both is preferred.
  • Required platform expertise in Google Ads.
  • Suggested familiarity with Bing, Meta, and a DSP platform.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets above $100K per month.
  • Experience driving paid media strategy and testing.
  • Experience owning projects from strategy briefs and recommendations through campaign deployment and reporting.
  • Confidence communicating with and persuading clients.
  • Strong reporting and insights skills with the ability to optimize toward client business goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work with both internal team members and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
