Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members using Asana.
  • Create, execute, and revise project plans to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
  • Oversee project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings and document, store, and distribute meeting notes.
  • Evaluate new work requests, identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management and escalate issues proactively within the account team.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for internal and external workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment.
  • 3 years of agency experience.
  • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms, with Asana highly preferred.
  • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Subject matter familiarity with digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
  • Strong experience working in digital marketing agency environments.
  • Professional approach with comfort in conflict management and mediation.
  • Proficiency across all project management process groups, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing.
  • Ability to direct teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, methodical, process-driven, and effective with time management.
  • Strong business ethics, political awareness, and a flexible problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter who can think independently and work autonomously.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
  • Contractor position.
