Description

  • Own the end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day execution, optimization, pacing, and reporting for held accounts.
  • Develop paid media strategy, project roadmaps, and testing plans across channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients on owned accounts.
  • Present recommendations, insights, and performance updates in client and internal meetings.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Media Managers, delegating work and developing their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to align paid media efforts with client goals and efficiency targets.
  • Design, deploy, and analyze ongoing tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Maintain accounts through optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodology changes, conversion setup, and copy revisions.
  • Generate reports and communicate actionable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand paid media support and increase billing for existing accounts.
  • Continuously explore new strategies, platforms, and full-funnel improvements to strengthen paid media offerings.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets of $100K-$1MM.
  • Experience building paid media strategy, roadmaps, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion/optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset requirements, and establish a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience with reporting, insights, and optimization tied to business goals.
  • Team management experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
