Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across clients of varying sizes and industries, including daily optimizations and strategy updates.
  • Own campaign execution, performance, reporting, optimizations, and routine management for a book of business.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimizations to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign and source-of-truth data such as Google Analytics and Shopify to create insights and action plans.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and external clients on performance, priorities, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to evolve paid media strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to build channel knowledge.
  • Help develop new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies, outsourced resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and business processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance against client goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
