Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns across a book of business.
  • Manage performance marketing across paid social and paid media native platforms, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Build and produce campaigns end-to-end, with redundancy across channels and coordination with Specialists where applicable.
  • Lead campaign optimizations to improve performance against goals.
  • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes based on expertise.
  • Own strategic communication internally across client teams and with account leadership.
  • Provide proactive updates on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
  • Prepare weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations.
  • Own reporting and presentation development, using data to communicate results and next steps to clients and stakeholders.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve and support department processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of direct response marketing experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience with one or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
