Description

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to assigned client segments, including low-engagement clients.
  • Use cold outreach to re-engage clients and encourage deeper platform usage.
  • Explain core and add-on feature benefits in clear, business-focused language.
  • Track adoption milestones, follow up on progress, and help remove blockers to usage.
  • Respond to basic account questions related to billing, login, permissions, and feature functionality.
  • Escalate technical issues and more complex concerns to the appropriate internal team.
  • Document client interactions, outcomes, and follow-up details in CRM tools.
  • Partner with onboarding, support, and success teams to create a seamless client journey.
  • Share client insights and trends with internal teams to support product, marketing, and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or a call-heavy environment.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging clients through proactive outreach.
  • Ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively.
  • Service-oriented mindset with curiosity about client goals and challenges.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight is a bonus.
