Description

  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with independent restaurant owners and serve as the primary project lead for SMB marketing engagements.
  • Define partners' current and future business needs, oversee onboarding and launch of new marketing initiatives, and ensure clear, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own a portfolio of SMB partners and lead end-to-end delivery of marketing projects with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics, regularly assess project workflows and account health, and proactively re-engage non-responsive or at-risk partner projects.
  • Manage escalations professionally and drive constructive resolutions to sustain project success.
  • Develop and execute integrated, data-informed marketing campaigns across channels including email, SMS, paid media, and other digital tactics.
  • Partner with content, Sales, Product, and CX teams to coordinate resources, remove roadblocks, align creative with brand strategy, and translate partner feedback into platform improvements.
  • Create scalable resources and consultative guidance that articulate the strategic impact of Popmenu features, identify upsell opportunities, and help partners expand their marketing investments over time.
  • Monitor industry and hospitality marketing trends and apply insights to recommend optimizations and new product/marketing opportunities for partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business experience in marketing and/or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and executing campaigns to support a portfolio of partner goals and business needs.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or the food service/hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service, accountability, and the ability to independently mediate conflict.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be effective with limited information.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate new technologies and value propositions.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and composure.
