Description

  • Generate revenue by prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals within an accelerated sales cycle (from on-the-spot signatures to a few days).
  • Develop regional strategies and messaging with the sales team to drive awareness and sustain a strong client pipeline.
  • Own and strengthen client relationships in both new and established markets to accelerate growth for Popmenu and restaurant partners.
  • Articulate long-term ROI and value of Popmenu’s technology to overcome objections, create urgency, and secure commitments.
  • Innovate in prospecting and lead generation to identify high-volume opportunities and expand market share.
  • Cultivate the Popmenu brand by networking within the restaurant community and connecting directly with owners and operators.
  • Manage client expectations by qualifying fit and avoiding deals where Popmenu does not add value (no heavy discounting or overpromising).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to share learnings, maximize relationships, and deliver results for clients and the company.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Phoenix or Las Vegas market (remote role).
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and consistently close deals in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated ‘hunter’ mentality with strong drive to meet revenue goals.
  • Comfortable operating in an accelerated sales cycle and closing deals quickly (including on-the-spot signatures).
  • Confident presenter who can deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate value and ROI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-relations skills across in-person, written, and phone communication.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Passion for food and technology and comfort using smartphones and tablets; prior restaurant experience (serving, bussing, cooking, or managing) is a plus.
