Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to educate patients about Pomelo Care services and resources.
  • Achieve patient enrollment goals based on company KPIs.
  • Answer patient questions, address concerns, and explain available clinical and social support.
  • Document outreach interactions accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate appropriate services.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up care for families.
  • Manage inbound calls from prospective patients.
  • Participate in training to stay current on healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
  • Strong, empathetic verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented approach and comfort working with metrics and performance bonuses.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely within the United States.
  • Experience with outreach enrollment or prospecting preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.

  • Hourly pay of $21.63–$26.44, with an estimated annualized base of $45,000–$55,000.
