Description

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack features for an AI-powered web application.
  • Define technical vision and architectural principles for AI/ML systems.
  • Research and prototype emerging AI technologies.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and observability best practices across cloud architecture.
  • Partner with product, design, and business teams to communicate technical designs and strategies.
  • Serve as a role model for engineering standards and consistency across systems and processes.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
  • Help drive technical decision-making on ambiguous, system-spanning problems.
  • Contribute across the stack, including front end, back end, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, release planning, and company-wide engineering initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development and production AI/ML systems.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation engines.
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.
  • Proven ability to architect and lead end-to-end AI projects, including security best practices.
  • Exceptional technical communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Track record of managing ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and building foundational systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong development skills in React, Python, and Node, or equivalent technologies.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS is relevant to the role.
