Description

Lead the design and development of full-stack features for an AI-powered web application.
Define technical vision and architectural principles for AI/ML systems.
Research and prototype emerging AI technologies.
Ensure security, scalability, and observability best practices across cloud architecture.
Partner with product, design, and business teams to communicate technical designs and strategies.
Serve as a role model for engineering standards and consistency across systems and processes.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
Help drive technical decision-making on ambiguous, system-spanning problems.
Contribute across the stack, including front end, back end, and AI/ML initiatives.
Participate in architecture discussions, release planning, and company-wide engineering initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack web development and production AI/ML systems.
Deep expertise in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation engines.
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.
Proven ability to architect and lead end-to-end AI projects, including security best practices.
Exceptional technical communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
Track record of managing ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and building foundational systems.
Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
Strong development skills in React, Python, and Node, or equivalent technologies.
Ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and technologies.
Experience with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS is relevant to the role.
