Description

Own the end-to-end product design process from exploratory research through wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs.
Drive customer and product understanding through interviews, surveys, edge case mapping, journey reviews, and competitor benchmarking.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on outcomes, and develop solutions.
Support major product launches and optimize existing customer journey flows through redesigns and A/B tests.
Use and help evolve the design system to deliver consistent, scalable user interfaces.
Participate in team rituals including design reviews, retrospectives, product meetings, and cross-functional standups.
Communicate design decisions clearly and present the rationale behind your work to peers and executive stakeholders.
Iterate quickly in ambiguous situations while balancing speed, quality, and feedback.
Continuously improve team processes, tooling, and collaboration practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital products, ideally in a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
Strong foundation in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex problems.
Experience across the full product design lifecycle, from research and ideation through execution, validation, and iteration.
Ability to conduct or collaborate on user research and translate insights into design decisions.
Comfort working through ambiguity and complexity, especially with dense or regulated information.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and marketers.
Strong prototyping skills, including sketching, wireframing, and building interactive flows.
Familiarity with design systems and contributing to scalable components and patterns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to frame trade-offs and align stakeholders.
Healthy balance of humility, curiosity, and confidence.
Experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment is preferred.
