Description

  • Help prospective customers understand life, critical illness, and health and dental insurance options through PolicyMe’s digital platform.
  • Answer customer questions and guide them through the buying and application process via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 inbound leads each month.
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and application stages in HubSpot.
  • Recommend coverage that fits each customer’s needs using a clear, honest, consultative approach.
  • Maintain high-quality service across all customer communication channels.
  • Address questions about customer needs, product details, and how the insurance process works.
  • Collaborate with teammates and team leads to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience.
  • Support either new customer conversion or policy renewals depending on team alignment.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • A valid LLQP license as a Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent.
  • 1–4 years of experience in insurance or a related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational skills.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to manage objections and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and a conversational, empathetic approach.
  • High empathy and discretion when discussing personal or financial topics.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve.
  • Open to obtaining licensing in Quebec if not already licensed there.
  • Willingness to undergo credit checks, background checks, and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week.
