Description

  • Build and maintain financial and profitability models that assess the revenue and margin impact of strategic decisions.
  • Run scenario and sensitivity analyses for packaging, pricing changes, go-to-market strategies, and investment trade-offs.
  • Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modeling, to modernize modeling, scenario generation, and reporting.
  • Develop scalable self-serve analytics tools for Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders.
  • Evaluate pricing changes by quantifying customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies.
  • Track pricing and monetization KPIs such as discount compliance, revenue realization, and contribution margin.
  • Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to executive and go-to-market leadership.
  • Partner with FP&A, Sales Ops, Revenue Assurance, and Finance Ops on forecasting, planning, and pricing risk remediation.
  • Serve as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions.
  • Present findings, models, and recommendations in executive-ready formats for senior leadership, the Board, and investors.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and scenario-analysis skills with experience building revenue, profitability, or pricing models.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modeling, to modeling and reporting workflows.
  • Pricing or monetization experience preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools, with Power BI preferred, and executive-grade data visualization.
  • Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), preferred.
  • Ability to create decision support for senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Travel to office for remote-role events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City as required, or ability to commute to the office for hybrid roles.
