Description

  • Architect and deliver AI agents and automations using Salesforce Agentforce and related AI platforms.
  • Build intelligent process automations across enterprise systems using IPA tools such as Power Automate and Alteryx.
  • Develop test automations to improve QA efficiency for Salesforce and other applications.
  • Collaborate with product designers, end users, and cross-functional team members to refine use cases and solution outcomes.
  • Prototype and implement solutions for prioritized business use cases in a fast-paced application development lifecycle.
  • Write, test, troubleshoot, and debug code in Apex, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant languages.
  • Integrate Salesforce with connected systems and applications such as Conga, DocuSign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, and TaskRay.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for builds, automations, and AI agents.
  • Support DevOps maintenance, peer review code, approve pull requests, and help resolve versioning and deployment issues.
  • Train, mentor, and coach junior and intermediate engineers and provide consultation to business partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining configuration and custom applications integrated with Salesforce or connected applications.
  • Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents, AI workflows, custom agent development, and integrating external data sources.
  • Experience creating intelligent process automations using tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms.
  • Experience building test automations for Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Solid coding experience with JavaScript, Apex, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Salesforce and external system integrations, including tools such as Conga, DocuSign, Adobe, Marketo, Gainsight, Gong, Qualtrics, Kantata, and TaskRay.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes such as Copado, AutoRABIT, and GitHub.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PMD, Selenium, and Copado CRT.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence team-level decisions.
  • Proven experience as an Intermediate Application Engineer.
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Application/Systems Architect certification is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Bonus experience building AI agents on other AI platforms.
  • Bonus experience working on a SaaS product or in a Product Operating Model.
  • Bonus experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System or UI frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Bonus understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Einstein.
  • Bonus experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Bonus knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Bonus experience supporting on-call responsibilities for production systems.
