Description

Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for a portion of orders-related products.
Manage products through the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and continuous improvement.
Use customer feedback, market research, analytics, regulatory needs, and business value to guide product decisions.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas and understand customer workflows and product value.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer to scrum teams and maintain a prioritized backlog.
Evaluate product investment opportunities and incoming requests and present recommendations to leadership.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
Translate healthcare, clinical, and regulatory complexity into practical product direction.
Ensure product plans align with company strategy and long-term growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience.
Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
Comfort with APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
Willingness to travel for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings at the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office.

Benefits

US base salary range of $115,900 - $128,800 USD.
Remote work location in the USA.
12-month contract term.
