Description

Partner with clients to define digital strategy and lead teams in executing it.
Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
Prioritize product work, plan release content and timelines, and make trade-offs aligned with product goals.
Manage project progress and resources with engineering leads, including corrective actions when needed.
Communicate plans, priorities, status, milestones, and deliverables to clients, teams, and internal management.
Measure and improve customer and business value by developing KPIs and monitoring progress.
Conduct user research, champion customer needs, and facilitate workshops.
Apply Agile and Lean practices to deliver high-quality digital products.
Monitor industry trends in accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing product leadership role, such as Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Director.
At least 5 years of consulting experience.
Expertise with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and varied client environments.
Experience leading and influencing teams and executive stakeholders.
Experience working with global teams is required.
Practical experience with Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
Strong user research, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly collaborative, empathetic, culturally aware, and entrepreneurial.
Ability to balance strategic perspective with detailed execution and a hands-on approach.
