Description

Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for assigned orders-related products.
Manage products through the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
Use customer feedback, market research, analytics, regulatory needs, and business goals to guide product decisions.
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas and their customer workflows.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer for scrum teams and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements and artifacts.
Evaluate product investment opportunities and incoming requests, and provide data-informed recommendations to leadership.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products with AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
Navigate healthcare, clinical, and regulatory environments to shape product direction and prioritization.
Align product plans with company strategy and long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of product management experience.
Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
Comfort working with APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
Must be able to reside within commutable distance to Mississauga, ON for hybrid office expectations, or travel to office events for remote arrangements.

Benefits

Canada base salary range of $109,400 - $121,500 CAD.
