Description

  • Represent the needs of current and future users, residents, and patients for AI models within the broader AI platform.
  • Define and drive product strategy and a multi-year roadmap aligned to company objectives and strategic outcomes.
  • Contribute to the AI platform vision and roadmap to support providers in delivering exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile and design thinking practices.
  • Work with product teams and other functions to drive successful adoption of product launches and releases.
  • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Evangelize strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and customers as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong track record of managing large product lines and driving innovation.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, execute product priorities, and drive business results.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Experience working in a health tech SaaS business preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI in healthcare, including AI development and product application.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI and applicable healthcare regulations.
