Description

  • Review and label clinical data to ensure alignment, agreement, and timely correct results.
  • Assist with subject matter expert evaluation of annotations and model outputs.
  • Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical experts regarding labeled data.
  • Work with research, product, and other stakeholders to discover requirements.
  • Educate technical and non-technical audiences on complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.
  • Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on clinical workflows as a clinician with EHR documentation experience.

Requirements

  • RN or NP degree with a valid current license.
  • 7+ years of nursing experience.
  • Preference for long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) and management experience.
  • Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, and ML.
  • Experience and familiarity with PointClickCare products.
  • Experience and familiarity with data labeling software.
  • Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods.
  • Understanding of statistical measures used to drive inter-annotator agreement.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software, concepts, technologies, and systems.
  • Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts and categorize them appropriately.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among SMEs with varying specialties and expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability for a variable weekday schedule of 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts, with flexibility as needed.
