Description

  • Join PointClickCare’s pipeline for future Customer Operations opportunities across multiple functional areas.
  • Support healthcare technology services that help providers and caregivers improve quality of life and daily well-being.
  • Contribute to customer-facing operational work in areas such as customer support, professional services, educational services, implementation, and vendor integration services.
  • Stay connected with the hiring team and be considered when relevant positions become available.
  • Participate in in-office events as required for remote roles, including onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings in Mississauga or Salt Lake City.
  • Work in an environment that uses AI tools to support candidate screening and internal hiring workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Customer Operations within Healthcare, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.
  • Interest in or passion for healthcare and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
  • Availability to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for required in-person events as a remote employee.
  • Willingness to be considered for future, not currently open, opportunities through a pipeline requisition.
  • Ability to comply with company information security policies and procedures if hired.
  • Understanding that AI tools may be used in the hiring process for screening and assessment.
