Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison on project teams, translating customer expectations, business processes, and goals into successful implementations.
  • Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches that drive customer outcomes and value.
  • Translate technical requirements into system configuration setup for implementation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on implementation approaches and best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including configuration and training specialists, to create and execute high-quality implementation plans.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays to support a successful customer experience.
  • Lead and support customer change management efforts, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product offerings and understand end-to-end solution value outcomes.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization, including workflow analysis and recommendations that improve business value and outcomes.
  • Experience working on a multi-resource project team while balancing milestones and objectives on time.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for projects, show initiative, and deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solution value.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Healthcare market experience preferred.
