Description

  • Architect, design, model, and configure proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations within Drivetrain.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Data Analyst teams on customer-facing solution work.
  • Translate CFO and VP of Finance requirements into technical planning logic for FP&A, consolidation, and scenario planning.
  • Design scalable data models and advise prospects on structuring ERP, CRM, and HRIS data for the platform.
  • Lead technical workshops to define business logic, map data flows, and build customized models live.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify limitations in current planning architectures and recommend modern alternatives.
  • Act as the voice of implementation to Product and Engineering by sharing feedback on data handling, modeling flexibility, and calculation performance.
  • Support troubleshooting of data integration and implementation issues in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA designation is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in EPM implementation, Sales Engineering, or Technical Finance roles.
  • Background in FP&A or Corporate Finance is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building financial models rather than only presenting slides.
  • Deep modeling experience in at least one major EPM product such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1/Planning Analytics, Planful, Vena, Jedox, Abacum, or Runway.
  • Working knowledge of data architecture concepts such as schemas, dimensions, and cubes.
  • Understanding of three-statement modeling, revenue recognition, and driver-based planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and move between technical troubleshooting and executive presentations.
  • Experience with multidimensional planning and data granularity or hierarchy management is preferred.
