Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison between customers and the project team.
  • Document customer requirements and translate them into configuration setup, business processes, and project goals.
  • Lead business discovery sessions and recommend delivery approaches that drive outcomes and value.
  • Execute system configuration and support implementation setup.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements across customer databases.
  • Assess and validate implementation plans while managing communication among project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain training databases to reflect new product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
  • Identify configuration improvements to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Support stakeholder relationships, change management, user readiness, and acceptance activities.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings when needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a technology-related field (preferred).
  • Experience configuring or implementing a software solution, with database testing and end-user support preferred.
  • Consulting experience in a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations to improve operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for projects, show initiative, and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a flexible, can-do approach.
  • Healthcare market experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
  • Hybrid roles require living within commuting distance of the designated office location; remote roles may still require travel for onboarding and team events.
