Description

  • Lead the project management team to deliver service engagements with high quality, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project risk and client escalations while enforcing delivery best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen customer and partner relationships.
  • Drive process transformation initiatives by redesigning workflows, tools, and delivery models for scalable implementation.
  • Champion AI adoption across the team and embed AI into delivery workflows to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Act as a thought leader in delivery innovation and introduce new approaches to evolve Professional Services capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change readiness within the team.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports through feedback, career planning, and performance support.
  • Hire, lead, and manage a primarily remote team, including staffing and engagement.
  • Monitor project health, customer experience, and team KPIs such as revenue, portfolio health, and utilization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software environment, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services, consulting, or management.
  • Experience managing a remote team, including recruiting, training, staffing, and performance management.
  • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model evolution.
  • Strong AI fluency and experience applying AI tools or capabilities to improve delivery, decision-making, or operational efficiency.
  • Track record of innovative leadership and introducing new ideas or solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Strong thought leadership and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to guide teams through change.
  • Experience with change management and navigating evolving priorities.
  • Experience with PointClickCare or similar EHR platforms, preferably in healthcare or LTPAC.
  • Experience supporting Professional Services sales, including SOW development and large-scale proposals.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-level projects.

Benefits

  • Canada base salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 per year.
