Description

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close across self-sourced outbound, inbound, and SDR-sourced leads.
  • Proactively plan and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to grow regional market share and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Onboarding, and Partnerships to qualify leads, deliver proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to post-sale teams.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline, multi-thread deals across stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and maintain CRM data hygiene to support forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze personal sales metrics (win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion rates) to inform improvements and drive performance.
  • Provide structured feedback to cross-functional teams (product, marketing, solutions) on what’s working and competitive dynamics.
  • Master data-driven forecasting and report against targets to support predictable revenue planning.
  • Lead negotiations and closing activities, taking ownership of deals from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Contribute to improving outbound messaging playbooks and multi-channel prospecting workflows in partnership with Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business sales with a hunter mentality and a track record of self-sourcing outbound opportunities.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach through negotiation and closing.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with Marketing, SDR teams, Solution Engineers, and Partnerships.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals and context-switch effectively.
  • Experience analyzing sales metrics and using data-driven forecasting (e.g., win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion rates).
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and other front-line sales roles; previous quota-bearing roles preferred.
  • Background in sales; FinTech experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in English (company language) and able to participate in presentation-based interview stages.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-urgency, outbound-centric environment and proactively create pipeline (not reliant on inbound-only models).
