Description

Build and maintain test automation frameworks, reusable testing tools, and libraries.
Improve test reliability, reduce flaky tests, and increase testing efficiency.
Manage test data and testing infrastructure.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and implement release quality gates.
Define testing strategies, standards, documentation, and best practices.
Support engineering teams with complex testing challenges and review solutions for quality and reliability.
Coach engineers on testing and quality ownership and drive adoption of quality practices.
Analyze incidents, prevent regressions, and track quality metrics to identify improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of testing experience.
Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language, with willingness to write Python.
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar testing tools; the company uses Playwright.
Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with relevant technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, Jenkins, or Kubernetes is beneficial.
