Description

  • Run the end-to-end onboarding program from contract handoff through customer go-live.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through clear expectations, feedback, and growth support.
  • Manage the outsourced onboarding team, including SLA enforcement, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Own and improve onboarding metrics, including SLA attainment, cycle time, backlog, and quality.
  • Manage Salesforce queues and work allocation to ensure work is routed, prioritized, and completed.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and root causes, then implement improvements with Sales, Support, Product, and other partners.
  • Report onboarding performance and operational metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an end-to-end launch or onboarding program from contract through go-live.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience managing outsourced or vendor teams, including SLAs and performance.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational metrics such as SLAs, cycle time, backlog, and quality.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and queue management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Onboarding experience across multiple verticals, such as fitness, food and beverage, wellness, or experiences.
  • Exposure to workforce or capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analysis tools.
  • Availability aligned with Mountain Time working hours; Pacific Time overlap preferred over Eastern Time.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $86,475 to $115,300 in the United States.
  • Potential performance bonus.
  • Benefits and other applicable incentive compensation plans.
