Description

  • Cultivate and manage key strategic accounts.

  • Provide leadership, monitoring, and strategic road-mapping for sales teams to exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • In-depth experience within the event industry in Serbia.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours as needed by business requirements.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales budgets.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing team performance against targets.
