Description

  • Design and implement Microsoft Intune-based endpoint management solutions aligned with user needs, security requirements, and enterprise standards.
  • Package, deploy, and maintain applications through Intune with an emphasis on automation, version control, and user experience.
  • Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, security configurations, and configuration profiles.
  • Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft 365 services such as Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Autopilot.
  • Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning workflows using Intune, Autopilot, ESP, and dynamic provisioning techniques.
  • Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies to support timely and secure operating system updates.
  • Maintain and improve Windows 10 and 11 deployment images using cloud-native and traditional imaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to transition Group Policy Objects to modern Intune equivalents and support SCCM readiness.
  • Implement endpoint security best practices and compliance frameworks, including protection, encryption, and data loss prevention.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents involving endpoints and mobile devices, and maintain related documentation and process records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience packaging applications using Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts.
  • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders to interpret requirements, gather feedback, and report status.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Current IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ or CISSP.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Microsoft Certified: Intune Expert certification preferred.
