Description

  • Surface and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
  • Design, construct, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant environments.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of Microsoft 365 infrastructure workloads.
  • Assess, scope, test, and document enterprise cloud solution implementations, support, and migrations.
  • Lead presales calls and support the internal sales team in shaping customer solutions.
  • Provide leadership across practice areas and help customers evaluate complex feature and capability decisions.
  • Identify and refer opportunities for additional Planet services and offerings.
  • Lead internal technical communities, present new technologies, and drive process improvements or standardization.
  • Guide large technical teams on complex projects and communicate progress, escalations, and expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.
  • Extensive experience with hybrid and third-party migrations.
  • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams Voice, and other Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Experience with Microsoft security technologies including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Compliance Center.
  • Experience with Litigation Hold, Retention, and eDiscovery.
  • Real-world experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, GPOs, and on-premises Active Directory migrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate proactively across internal, customer, and partner teams and work in complex enterprise environments.
  • Must be a US citizen and clearable for a federal background investigation of up to 10 years.
  • Teams Voice experience is a plus.
