Description

  • Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion.
  • Coordinate across structural, electrical, mechanical, LED display, and media playback disciplines.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, general contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams to keep projects on track.
  • Track project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Manage project documentation including plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports.
  • Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience within the AV or display technology industry.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deployments.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, electrical infrastructure, mechanical integration, LED display technology, and media playback/control systems.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites domestically and internationally, up to 30%.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience working with large, complex LED installations preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams preferred.
  • PMP certification or a similar project management credential preferred.
  • Experience with 3D model coordination in Revit and 2D drafting in AutoCAD preferred.
