Description

  • Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and networking.
  • Conduct lead generation and run campaigns to attract and convert customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and introducing new products and services.
  • Keep CRM records current and support pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the showroom to keep it presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology.
  • Educate customers on display technology in the showroom, office, or job site locations.
  • Meet corporate and sales objectives and complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or another technical industry.
  • Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High energy and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
