Description

  • Develop new business opportunities in the audio-visual industry.
  • Reach out to potential clients and generate leads through outreach, events, and networking.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and grow accounts through customer service and new product offerings.
  • Manage CRM records to support contact tracking and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the showroom to keep it presentable, stocked, and current with the latest AV technology.
  • Educate customers on display technology in showroom, office, or job site settings.
  • Coordinate and execute business development activities in a timely manner.
  • Meet corporate and sales objectives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other technical industry.
  • Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High energy and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
