Description

  • Draft purchase requisitions and purchase orders, follow up on approvals, and track them through completion.
  • Perform day-to-day planning and buying analysis.
  • Submit invoices and analyze procurement metrics such as PR-to-PO conversion and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze and improve transportation and logistics lanes, and track inventory with a focus on improvement.
  • Manage RFQs for non-critical and non-strategic equipment, including replacement items and jumper cables.
  • Organize diligence documentation and track equipment certifications and regulatory requirements, including FEOC compliance, AD/CVD, domestic content, section 201, and section 301.
  • Support internal compliance reviews, contract management, and adherence to commercial terms such as pricing, payment schedules, and incoterms.
  • Collaborate with Category Management, O&M, Engineering, Tech Ops, Project Management, Delivery, and Procurement teams.
  • Support data inputs and systems integration rollouts, enforce procurement policies, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Resolve supplier quality and AP payment issues, support supplier onboarding and qualification, and monitor supplier performance to expedite deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Passion to learn new things through self-study and structured settings.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Procore, Google, or Smartsheet preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support requests.

  • Estimated base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for a target bonus of 30% of annual salary, prorated in the first year.
