Description

  • Drive hands-on work on high-priority initiatives across the product.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement technically complex projects.
  • Review and refine significant changes with attention to clarity, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Evolve shared systems, tooling, and frontend architecture in ClojureScript.
  • Help maintain consistency in engineering patterns, abstractions, and product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure technical decisions improve the user experience.
  • Support rapid experimentation and AI-assisted development initiatives.
  • Contribute to shipping performant software across the customer-facing product experience.

Requirements

  • Strong production experience building systems in ClojureScript.
  • Deep understanding of how AI agents can be integrated into the development lifecycle, including requirements, code generation, testing, debugging, and deployment, with appropriate human oversight.
  • Experience with frontend architecture at scale.
  • Strong engineering craft, including readable code, thoughtful abstractions, and pragmatic trade-offs.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication style.
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams.
  • Appreciation for simplicity in complex systems.
  • Experience working on design-driven products (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with functional programming beyond ClojureScript (nice to have).
  • Experience contributing to shared frontend libraries or design systems (nice to have).
  • Experience working in distributed teams (nice to have).
