Description

  • Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for planning, buying, optimizing, and measuring campaigns.
  • Partner with Product, Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to ship improvements for self-serve and managed advertisers across global markets.
  • Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations.
  • Translate workflow and customer insights into clear product solutions, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Build solutions that drive product-led revenue growth and high-priority advertiser features.
  • Explore and ship AI features for customer support, reporting, recommendations, and automated actions on behalf of advertisers.
  • Shape how creative assets are uploaded, organized, and activated across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with digital advertising and growth-oriented design.
  • Understanding of performance advertising concepts such as optimization goals, bidding, attribution, and creative testing.
  • Strong product discovery skills, including customer conversations, workflow mapping, and problem validation.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive product outcomes.
  • Ability to work remotely, with in-office collaboration required 1-2 times every 6 months; relocation assistance is not available.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $155,782 to $272,619 USD.
  • Eligible for equity.
