Description

  • Manage daily relationships with IT deployment and support service partners, including performance, escalations, and SLA accountability.
  • Build KPI, metrics, and reporting programs for outsourced IT services and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Use AI to improve vendor reporting and service-operations workflows.
  • Partner with IT program managers and cross-functional teams to manage global vendor operations.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security on contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Support IT asset lifecycle, recovery, reporting, and cost-optimization programs.
  • Evaluate and onboard new service-delivery capacity for global IT support coverage.
  • Support vendor-service budget planning and forecasting with IT leadership.
  • Identify and track cost savings across hardware, logistics, shipping, and vendor spend.
  • Serve as backup Scrum Lead, with potential to grow into the primary role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing outsourced or managed service providers at scale, including SLAs and vendor governance.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI and metrics program development.
  • Ability to translate data into recommendations and executive-ready materials.
  • Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and influencing skills, including without formal authority.
  • Experience partnering with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security.
  • Experience implementing AI in daily workflows and measuring adoption and impact.
  • Experience with metrics and ticketing/support tools such as Zendesk preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in the U.S.; relocation assistance is not available, and in-office collaboration is required 1–2 times every six months.
