Description

  • Design and ship UI for login, sign-up, and conversion upsell flows that support the Pinner activation journey.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data partners to define and execute roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced, iterative, experimental, and data-driven environment.
  • Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders across Growth, Core, engineering, product, and design leadership.
  • Uphold and raise the level of design execution across the team.
  • Develop and refine ideas that improve how people visualize, evaluate, and plan with boards.
  • Contribute to fast experiments and iterative product development across mobile and desktop experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience designing digital products.
  • Experience designing complex products that balance user needs and business metrics.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, imagery, and other design fundamentals.
  • Ability to quickly onboard to emerging AI tools and apply them throughout the product development process.
  • Experience applying systems, frameworks, and standards, including AI-powered tools and workflows to scale design work.
  • Sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a track record of shipping high-quality digital products.
  • Ability to think holistically and create scalable systems for experimentation and iteration.
  • Excellent product thinking, UX strategy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to cross-functional partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience driving impact through both 0-to-1 product development and optimization work (preferred).
  • Comfort balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $109,242 to $224,910 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote-friendly working model with the role able to be situated anywhere in the country.
  • In-office collaboration required only 1-2 times every 6 months.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
