Description

  • Design scalable, modular, and maintainable conversational flows.
  • Translate business needs into user-centric conversational design solutions.
  • Present design concepts to business stakeholders and advocate for user-first principles.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically viable.
  • Document design decisions, conversational systems, and user flows.
  • Benchmark core KPIs across features, services, and industry verticals.
  • Analyze conversational designs and interaction data to identify broken processes.
  • Propose and implement fixes to improve bot performance and user satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous optimization of conversational experiences through data insights.
  • Stay current on conversational AI design trends, best practices, and principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, UX Design, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in UX design and/or requirements analysis, design, and optimization of Conversational AI systems.
  • Strong understanding of conversational UX principles and best practices.
  • Copywriting proficiency for clear, engaging, and natural dialogue in conversational interfaces.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Passion for user experience, strong design sensibilities, and empathy for end users.
  • Analytical and creative thinking, with ambition, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fully remote, digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing UX for AI-driven bots, including chatbots and voicebots, or familiarity with Generative AI solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with conversational automated dialogue systems and production-level NLU/NLP knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or German (preferred).
