Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic and technical contact for sales and clients on performance campaigns.
  • Enable regional teams to become experts in Pinterest campaign best practices.
  • Provide consultative support that drives product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
  • Translate complex processes and products into clear, digestible guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with sellers to pitch and scale new performance products and campaign best practices.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients in the USA and Canada.
  • Identify client and advertiser issues and recommend solutions through automation, product improvements, or support.
  • Adapt best practices to fit the needs of the market and connect feedback between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that block lower-funnel revenue.
  • Measure process and program impact and help improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant client-facing, hands-on experience in digital advertising with ad tech, ad ops, or campaign management responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with tagging and tracking QA/support and with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales-facing support, technical troubleshooting, and product/platform knowledge.
  • Strong structured and detail-oriented thinking with the ability to build frameworks and solve conceptual as well as hands-on problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineers, sales teams, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently to gather information and deliver results.
  • Technical foundation in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
  • Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits, such as Conversion API.
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce strategies for retail business.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve processes for yourself and at scale.
  • Not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • Must be within commutable distance of an office/hub in one of the listed locations.
