Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems.
  • Define testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Lead functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Perform automated and manual testing as appropriate.
  • Document, analyze, and report test results, including defects, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure testing activities align with program requirements, industry standards, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Validate that security, interoperability, and performance requirements are met.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines by embedding automated testing.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior testers and help guide evaluation processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or evaluation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Top Secret clearance required.
  • DoD 8140 certification required.
  • Experience leading test and evaluation activities for enterprise or mission-critical systems.
  • Expertise with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Postman.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, secure coding standards, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Understanding of system integration testing, interoperability, and requirements validation.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
