Description

  • Develop, run tests, maintain, update, repair, modify, and expand computer programs.
  • Support structured analysis, impact analysis, compatibility analysis, cost analysis, feasibility studies, and user/customer interface work.
  • Develop requirements and ensure development methodologies align with organizational standards such as Agile.
  • Define the processes, procedures, and tools used to manage development efforts.
  • May manage small teams and support work in a DevSecOps environment.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Perform complex technical tasks in support of Information Technology systems and services.
  • Support Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Use agile development and scrum practices to assess the impact of enhancements, defects, and requests on application architecture.

Requirements

  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Information Technology.
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services supported in the PWS.
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Experience with agile development/scrum.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • Experience working in a DevSecOps environment is preferred.
