Description

  • Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
  • Collect, clean, analyze, and prepare datasets for AI/ML modeling.
  • Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and review cycles.
  • Evaluate AI/ML solutions for performance, security, reliability, and enterprise suitability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, cybersecurity engineers, architects, and domain experts.
  • Document models, testing results, risks, controls, and technical recommendations.
  • Apply AI/ML capabilities to enterprise security engineering, testing, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, business, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, information assurance, information security, information resource management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT security, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years designing, developing, or deploying AI/ML systems in enterprise or Government environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building, training, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Experience applying AI solutions within large enterprise or Government environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required VA background investigation, suitability determination, and system access.
  • IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III certification; certification may substitute for a relevant bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A related PhD may substitute for up to 5 years of required experience.
  • Federal or VA AI experience, MLOps, AI lifecycle management, responsible AI, model governance, or AI security experience preferred.

  • Salary range of $121,000–$169,000.
